As a lover, I automatically love love. Relationship love is always a great debate. There’s always that single lover who knows everything about relationships, yet no one can understand why the lover remains single. I’m that 28 year old single lover (I chose this lifestyle) for the last 6 years giving all the relationship advice I can! While I may not be looking for love, I am always open to love and the possibilities. Then comes to mind the Rae Sremmurd song “No Type“, myth has it by 30; YOU DON’T HAVE A TYPE! Is this true?
The Great Love Debate is a podcast with Brian Howie as the host. The podcast goes on tour offering love coaching as well. City Winery hosted the NYC’s “The Great Love Debate” during Mother’s Day weekend. The lover Helen Little from 106.7 lite fm was a featured panelist. The host Brian Howie made an interesting point to open the debate… if you’re over the age of 30 you don’t have a type because obviously your TYPE hasn’t been working for you thus far. Regardless, as women & men we all feel our partners must have this one thing or it’s just no fucking way! Since I have 2 years to go still, I will stick to the hopes of finding a lover that is MY type. I mean being at least 6ft tall, a believer in God, and is financially stable is beyond fair. Can it be if we don’t have a type we can settle?
